All course materials, trademarks, and branding are owned by HawkHill Sound or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use.

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkHill Sound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event will aggregate liability exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time; certain obligations and licenses survive termination as permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory law. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts where we are domiciled or as otherwise mandated.
